Returns are free on Mintra USA. You may return an item within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to initiate a return you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please contact our Customer Service Representative for an RMA at info@mintrausa.com.
Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured mail for your protection. Items cannot be returned without a receipt.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mintrausa.com and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping
Mintra USA offers free returns on all items; you will not be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. However, we do not refund the original shipping fees.
